Position: Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and formulate IIM policies, directions and strategies.
- Responsible for ensuring that financial results, company goals, and, when
applicable, targets and milestones are effectively conveyed. - Accountable to ensure that Company has suitable procedures in place to
execute its operations successfully and ethically. - Planning, directing, controlling, and coordinating IIM functions.
- Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization
and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to
business challenges. - Review the operation and achievements of IIM and report it to the members of
the IIM board of directors; - Evaluate the company’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing
structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of
operating efficiencies; - Represent IIM in dealings with external bodies, including the government or
other authorities; dan - Coach, mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth
and encourage development among the senior executive team and all
members of staff.
Qualification:
- Possession of a postgraduate qualification in Business Management or
Business Admin or related discipline - Experience in projects implementation would be added advantage.

- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, including an
ability to prepare high level reports to Board of Directors and external parties. - Possess strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience: - Substantial experience (more than 15 years) and record of achievements at a senior
management level and significant experience in managing and leading employees. - Previous experience and success in the delivery of work plans, to assist in the
achievement of organizational strategic plans.
Salary
RM30,000-RM 55,000 (excluding allowances/other remunerations)
The salary scale depends on experience and qualifications
