Channel Whitleblowing the Malaysian Institute of Integrity (IIM)

Integrity Is Everyone's Responsibility !

In parallel with the core values of IIM that is the INTEGRITY, TEAMWORK AND PROFESSIONAL, I'M always welcomes any individual (internal or external) to come forward to report the abuse of power, unethical conduct or acts in violation of the law that involves management or officials of the IIM.

What Can You Report ?

Any irregularities and unethical conduct includes, but is NOT limited to the following:

Fraud
Corruption
Abuse of power
Conflicts of interest
The negligence of responsibility
One purpose of the property / assets of the employer
Non-compliance with policies and procedures
Sexual harassment
Violation of the terms and conditions of employment
Any other irregularities which are similar or related

For the launch of the investigation process, the disclosure must contain the following information:

A description of the misconduct;
The date and location of the incident;
The identity of the perpetrator of the offense;
Witness information (if any);
Evidence and/ or supporting documents; and
Other details that are considered useful to facilitate the inspection and the action to be performed;

I'M committed to ensure that all information provided, including the identity of the whistleblower will be protected and supervised by strict confidentiality.
